Pinellas County Market Stat's

For October the average sales price is up 5% in Pinellas County with the average sales price at $581,000.  We are still in a strong market for sellers and competition is not as challenging as a buyer due to high interest rates however what I am finding with my recent sales is a highly qualified buyer who is ready to buy and knows exactly what they want.  Real Estate investors are on the hunt for homes in need of repair or upgrades!!  38 days as the average days on market shows a healthy situation in both Pinellas and Pasco counties.  Its a great time to be an active Florida agent.
