Home is NOT located in an unincorporated area of Pinellas Co- Now the regulation will fall the each of the cities that the home is located in. Each individual city has a different set of regulations on short term rentals.  Pinellas County Realtor Organization is one resource you can use to check your area.

If home is located in a neighborhood or building with an HOA or COA, you need to confirm any bylaws or guidelines regarding leases and make sure to follow to avoid complaints or issues.
