Hello, my name is Kirsten Kelley. I grew up in the local area and love my Florida lifestyle. I fell in love with Real Estate as a buyer and seller of homes when the military told us we had to move every 3 years from 1998-2015. Home was wherever the Coast Guard told us to go.
We started buying the worst homes in the best neighborhoods we could find, this way our kids could go to the best schools and we could spend time fixing the home and then sell. In 2015, we finally came back home to Tampa Bay with the plan to retire and start our own business flipping homes and investing in short term rentals.

I start each relationship with a consultative call to make sure we are both a good fit for each other and allow myself the time to clearly understand your goals and needs. I do not use other less experienced agents to run my business. You will work directly with me throughout the entire process.
