If home is located in a neighborhood or building with an HOA or COA, you need to confirm any bylaws or guidelines regarding leases and make sure to follow to avoid complaints or issues.

Once you have confirmed you can use your home/condo/townhome as a transient rental you need to apply for proper licensing with the DBPR.
